When should I contact you to discuss the flowers for my event?
It depends on your wedding date. For the busiest times of year (May/June and August/September/October) the earlier you contact us the better. 8-10 months before your wedding date is usually sufficient to secure our services. Some of our clients contact us to 12 months or more before the event. Because we only book a limited number of events and we only book one wedding a weekend, don’t put off calling us too long!

 

What is your service area?
We service all of San Diego County Temecula, Orange County, All of Southern California.  We've done weddings in Beverly Hills, Orange County, Colorado and Mexico.

 

Does Karen's Floral Artistry offer wedding flower packages?
We are asked this question a lot. We do not offer wedding flower packages. Pricing and design are dependent on several factors. Season, budget, materials are just some of details that affect the final pricing of your floral plan. After we meet you will receive a detailed proposal of all the floral elements discussed during the consultation. The breakdown includes descriptions and pricing. We have found that weddings require a customized approach and one package does not fit all.

 

How do I determine a floral budget?

A very general idea you can plan on spending about 10-15% of your total wedding budget on flowers.

Karen's Floral Artistry always strive to work with your budget. Whatever that may be!

 

Do you offer other décor items besides flowers?
Yes! We are happy to offer a wide variety of rental items. We have vases of all shapes and sizes, pillars, urns, a chuppa available to our clients.
